Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Fitorza website, app and services, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] (“Fitorza”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Fitorza, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Fitorza.

Fitorza is an aggregator that connects you with gyms, trainers, healthcare providers, labs and a marketplace for fitness and wellness products.

Gym access is provided through an active subscription. Each visit consumes one check-in from your plan allowance; you do not pay per visit.

We facilitate bookings, orders and payments, but the underlying services and products are provided by independent gyms, providers, vendors and labs.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Fitorza.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You can request deletion of your account by emailing support@fitorza.com. Inactive accounts are deactivated after 60 days. Limited records may be retained where required by law.

Subscription prices, billing periods and check-in allowances are shown before you subscribe. Payments are processed through our payment partners and applicable taxes may be added.

Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select unless cancelled. Check-in allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over unless stated. Deleting your account does not automatically refund an active subscription.

Bookings with providers and gym classes are subject to availability and the provider’s own policies.

Marketplace orders are fulfilled by vendors; returns, refunds and delivery timelines follow the vendor and platform policies shown at checkout. Lab orders and results are handled by the partnered lab.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Do not share check-in QR codes or your subscription with others; access is personal to your account. Content you submit must not be unlawful, abusive or infringing.

Fitorza provides access to fitness and wellness services and information. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional regarding your health, and seek emergency help when needed.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Fitorza acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, omissions, products, services or clinical decisions of independent gyms, providers, vendors or labs.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms or the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
