When Refunds Apply
Refunds are issued for approved returns, orders cancelled before dispatch, and items that could not be delivered or fulfilled.
Refund Method
Refunds are credited to your original payment method, or to your Fitorza wallet if you prefer faster store credit. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or wallet.
Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
