Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every order. This policy explains when and how you can return items.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired on arrival.

For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medicines, temperature-controlled products, and opened personal-care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Go to My Orders, select the order, and choose “Request Return”, or contact support@fitorza.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Processing

Once your return is approved and the item is collected/inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
